BUILDING REFURBISHMENT, NORTHERN LIGHTHOUSE BOARD
Wellwood Leslie was appointed by the Northern Light House Board to carry out a Feasibility Study of the organisations existing office premises on George Street in the new town area of Edinburgh.
This included an comprehensive review of the existing George Street Headquarters and analysis of the organisation’s future space requirements followed by an extensive design portion of the Feasibility Study.
This included a number of options ranging from relocation of the facility to a new build on a green field site to demolition of the majority of the existing building on site and rebuilding in a substantially more space efficient manner.
