This steading conversion on the shores of Loch Awe is a development of five homes attractively arranged around a central courtyard. Previously a derelict agricultural steading, incompatible with modern farming methods, the owner decided to convert the steading into affordable housing for local people. The end result is a charming group of five houses, which successfully combines appealing original detailing with the contemporary features that make a home comfortable to live in. Varying in size from two bedrooms to four bedrooms, each house has a small private garden and the development includes ample parking.
