Externally, Trespa rainscreen cladding was specified. As well as helping to maintain a healthy indoor climate, Trespa products are designed and manufactured to have minimum environmental impact over their life cycle. A standing seam aluminium roof was given bespoke eaves and a guttering system with internal drainage. This serves the dual purpose of preserving the clean aesthetic of this modern building and of preventing vandalism.
