GUARDBRIDGE SITE
As part of a review of business operations, Curtis Fine Papers Ltd established a site disposal strategy for land no longer required for its core operations of paper making. Wellwood Leslie Architects considered options for 4 sites spread throughout Guardbridge and prepared development proposals for each according to their suitability for different types of housing. Consideration of site contamination issues, site drainage issues, traffic planning and urban design were required as part of the preparation of applications for planning consent. Wellwood Leslie were required to prepare detailed images of the proposals to illustrate the impact of the design proposals in context.
