LABORATORY REFURBISHMENT, UNIVERSITY OF DUNDEE
As the School of Life Sciences at Dundee University continues to develop and expand, the requirement for facilities to be refurbished to the highest standards has grown. Development of the Wellcome Building and James Black Centre on adjacent sites left the original Medical Sciences Institute in need of significant upgrading and refurbishment to match the standard of accommodation provided in its near neighbours. Wellwood Leslie Architects brought its experience in building refurbishment together with its developing skills in the life sciences sector together to carry out this refurbishment on behalf of the School of Life Sciences headed by Sir Philip Cohen.
