Murrayfield

This project involved the refurbishment of an existing Victorian sandstone villa and the construction of a new contemporary sandstone extension.

The villa consists of three luxury apartments and the extension provides a further 13 apartments. The extension takes the form of a contemporary design to contrast with the existing villa. Quality materials including dressed sandstone and zinc have been used to harmonise with the local context.
