This project is situated on a difficult Brownfield site in an economically deprived part of Dundee. This is the first phase of a larger regeneration project to be completed. Within the development there is a mix of various types and sizes of housing to suit different occupant needs and numbers. The houses are linked using the same architectural language and the same natural palette of materials has been used throughout. In this phase, four units were developed for specific end users with varying disabilities with one developed for staff accommodation. The development aims to promote social inclusion, eliminate fuel poverty, reduce greenhouse gases and promote health.
