The Wellwood Leslie have developed their experience in the Fit Out + Interior Design sector through our close working relationships with key clients in these markets across Scotland and beyond. Led by senior partner, Neil Simpson, and Interior Designer, Caroline Sutherland. Through the growth of our organisation and the development of our interior design team, we have been able to grow alongside our key clients to continue to deliver and more focused and specialist service.

The growth of our interiors team has allowed us to expand our client base to deliver modern, agile working environments across Scotland for a range of organisations. In recent years we have worked with clients including Ernst and Young and Ashurst Solicitors to develop innovative and exemplary modern office environments. We have also been able to bring our skills in this sector to many of our clients in the public sector, including the University of Abertay and The University of Dundee. For whom we have produced new working environments appropriate for post Covid times.

Our skills and abilities allow us to support our clients from the inception stage of these projects and to assist clients to fully consult and engage with their staff teams and key stakeholders to develop an effective and engaging strategy to create modern working environments that are suitable for the range of flexible work patterns and work styles that now exist.

As important as creating the working environment is maintain the confidence of staff who will work in these spaces on completion. Our briefing and working templates are designed to ensure that the end users and engaged throughout the design process to facilitate a seamless process of occupation once the contracting team has handed over the finished space.
