Langlands Street, Dundee

Residential development on a vacant, former industrial site at Langlands Street, located at the eastern end of Dura Street, Dundee. The project delivered 16 no. new flats across two blocks. Block A featured 8 socially rented, 3-apartment (4-person) units, while Block B provided 7 similar units and 1 staff flat. Designed for residents with learning and physical disabilities, managed by Dundee Community Care Housing Forum.

All homes comply with the "Housing for Varying Needs" standards. Due to the limited site area, enclosed amenity space is allocated to Block B, and balconies are provided for Block A. The development includes level access to surrounding streets, a new courtyard car park, and sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels, greywater recycling, and EV charging points.
