On Sunday 16 August, the Wellwood Leslie Team took part in the Dundee Kiltwalk 2026, coming together to raise funds for two important causes: Breast Cancer Now and Prostate Cancer UK.
This year, 15 members of the Wellwood Leslie team took on the challenge, with our walkers completing two different distances. Some tackled the 21-mile Mighty Stride from St Andrews to Dundee, while others took part in the 4-mile Wee Wander from Broughty Ferry to Dundee.
It was a fantastic day, with a great atmosphere and plenty of team spirit. The longer distances certainly tested our legs and determination, but knowing how much support we had behind us helped keep everyone motivated to reach the finish line.
We are delighted to have raised an incredible £3,049 so far, with the total being split between Breast Cancer Now and Prostate Cancer UK.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who supported the team. Whether you donated, encouraged us along the way, shared our fundraising pages or simply wished us well, your support made a real difference. It was fantastic to see the generosity of our colleagues, friends, families, clients and wider community.
