The sites was formally occupied by 2no. dwellings, known as Burnfield Cottages which have since been demolished. Wellwood Leslie were appointed to “refresh” an expired planning application and design a replacement exemplary house type that would fit the new site owners development aspirations and ICF construction methodology.
